On August 20, 2026, business leaders, entrepreneurs, advocates, and community partners gathered at the Jack Guenther Pavilion at the Briscoe Western Art Museum for the South Texas Business Partnership’s 4th Annual National Latina Day Luncheon.
Presented by Brooks, the luncheon honored Latina leaders who are strengthening businesses, creating opportunities, and making a lasting impact throughout South Texas. The sold-out event brought professionals from across the region together for an afternoon centered on leadership, resilience, and community.
Crafty Photo Booth was proud to serve as an event sponsor and provide a Printed Photo Booth Experience, along with a custom AI Watercolor Caricature Experience designed specifically for the luncheon.
Honoring Latinas With Powerful and Creative Voices
The luncheon focused on Latinas con voces poderosas y creativas—women whose voices, experiences, and leadership continue to shape the future of our community.
Guests heard personal stories from Latina leaders about the journeys that brought them to where they are today. The conversations explored the pivotal moments that shaped their careers, the challenges they encountered, and the advice they wish they had received when they were first starting out.
These honest conversations gave attendees an opportunity to learn from women who have built careers, led organizations, and created change across South Texas. They also reinforced the importance of making room for new voices and helping the next generation of Latina leaders move forward with greater confidence.
The colorful “Latinas con Fuerza” event design created the perfect setting for a celebration built around strength, creativity, and cultural pride.
A Printed Photo Booth Experience Designed for the Event
Our Printed Photo Booth Experience gave attendees a dedicated space to connect, pose together, and take home a personalized keepsake from the luncheon.
Rather than using a generic setup, the photo booth was designed to complement the event’s visual identity. The vibrant backdrop incorporated the “Latinas con Fuerza” theme with bold lettering, colorful fringe, and balloon accents. The finished photographs captured the energy of the room while giving guests a polished image they could keep after the event.
Instant prints are especially effective for corporate luncheons and networking events because they give attendees something tangible to take home. The print becomes a personal reminder of the people they met, the conversations they had, and the experience they shared.
For an event centered on recognizing individual journeys and accomplishments, a personalized printed photo was a natural fit.
Turning Guest Photos Into AI Watercolor Portraits
The highlight of our activation was the AI Watercolor Caricature Experience.
After being photographed, selected guests saw their original images transformed into custom watercolor-style portraits. The finished artwork preserved recognizable details such as their clothing, hairstyle, accessories, and expression while adding expressive brushwork, bold color, gold accents, and San Antonio-inspired elements.
The attached examples show how the experience moved from a traditional photo booth portrait to a more artistic finished image. Each result felt personal to the guest while maintaining a consistent visual style across the entire collection.
This was not a standard social media filter. The experience was developed around the luncheon’s creative direction, using colors and graphic details that worked with the “Latinas con Fuerza” theme. The San Antonio skyline provided a local connection and helped make each portrait feel tied to the city where the celebration took place.
That level of customization is what makes an AI photo booth experience valuable for corporate events. The artwork can reflect the organization, campaign, conference, or celebration instead of producing the same generic effect at every event.
Guest Engagement With a Lasting Result
The combination of printed photography and AI-generated artwork gave attendees two different ways to engage with the activation.
